The performance shows the artist playing with a football made of plaster. Even if the ball crumbles slowly, the artwork becomes a drawing on the floor and the trace of the artist’s passage. The sculpture turns into a chart characterized by light and impalpable signs. The acoustic part of the performance is fundamental: the weight of the ball produces a sound more similar to a cannon ball rather than a football. The collapse of the ball shows that the destruction of a sculpture is not a negative end but the beginning of another kind of mixed perception.
